These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the WAG Entertainment Limited website (the "Service") operated by WAG Entertainment Limited ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions related to the provision of digital marketing services, project timelines, payment terms, and confidentiality.
Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
Provision of Digital Marketing Services
WAG Entertainment Limited agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in specific Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between WAG Entertainment Limited and the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics reporting. We utilize industry best practices, but due to the dynamic nature of third-party platforms (like Google or Meta algorithms), we cannot guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or revenue results.
Project Timelines and Deliverables
Estimated timelines for campaign launches, audits, and deliverables will be established in the individual project agreements. WAG Entertainment Limited will make every reasonable effort to meet these timelines; however, delays caused by the Client (e.g., failure to provide necessary access, approvals, or assets) will result in corresponding extensions to the delivery schedule. SEO is inherently a long-term strategy, and material results typically require continuous effort over several months.
Payment Terms and Invoicing
Fees for our digital marketing services are billed as either flat-rate monthly retainers, project-based fees, or a percentage of ad spend, as defined in your service agreement. Invoices are generally due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in a pause of campaign management, suspension of ad accounts under our control, or cessation of reporting and optimization services until the account is brought current. Ad spend budgets are strictly the responsibility of the Client and are paid directly to the advertising networks.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with WAG Entertainment Limited and its licensors. This includes all campaign strategies, proprietary reporting dashboards, custom code, creative assets, and methodologies developed during our engagement, unless otherwise explicitly transferred in a separate agreement upon full payment.
Third-Party Services
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party ("Third-Party Services"), such as advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) or analytics and tracking tools.
If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:
- Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
- You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
- Platform policy violations resulting in account suspensions by third-party networks are outside the direct control of WAG Entertainment Limited.
Accounts and Security
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account (e.g., a client portal or third-party ad platform access), you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account or grant us access to existing accounts.
You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists, financial data, and proprietary marketing methodologies. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WAG Entertainment Limited.
WAG Entertainment Limited assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. WAG Entertainment Limited shall also not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, subject to the terms of any Master Service Agreement (MSA) in place. Standard retainer agreements typically require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "AS IS." and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WAG Entertainment Limited and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither WAG Entertainment Limited, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific marketing results, conversion rates, or ad performance metrics, as these are subject to market forces and factors beyond our direct control.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the applicable laws.
Changes
WAG Entertainment Limited reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
